Assure give homeowners access to personalised independent roof advice that is completely separate from roof repair work.
ASSURE DO NOT SELL ROOFING WORK
We do things differently because we want to drive up standards across the roofing industry; support homeowners challenge contractors who have failed to deliver on their promises and prevent people from being sold roofing work that they simply do not need.
Unlike building or roofing contractors, Assure have no commercial interest in repair or replacement work.
We do not carry out repairs, install new roofs or sell roofing products.
Our role is simple - to provide a clear, impartial assessment of your roof's condition, report our findings clearly and give you the information you need to make confident, informed decisions about your property.
HOW OUR SURVEYS WORK
STEP 1 :
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CONCERNS
Before the inspection, we gather information from you about the property and the reason for the survey.
This might include concerns about the general condition of the roof, water ingress, recent or historic roofing work that concerns you, purchasing a property, or simply wanting independent reassurance about your roof.
STEP 2:
BESPOKE QUOTATION
We email you detailed information about our different survey options and a bespoke quote based on your specific needs and location.
You accept the quote and we schedule the survey.
step 3:
tHE survey
We undertake the roof survey using our comprehensive roof survey framework and capture photographic images.
Our experienced roof surveyor carries out a close visual inspection of the roof from ladder height. A drone may be used for areas where physical access may be restricted. We take photographs to record the roof's condition and any defects identified.
Depending on the property and survey selected, this may include:

Where specifically agreed in advance, an invasive roof survey will include opening up of targeted areas to help us assess concealed components such as roofing underlay, battens, sarking and fixings.
STEP 4:
REPORTING THE FINDINGS
Following your survey, we explain what we have found in straightforward language.
Where further investigation, maintenance or repair is considered necessary, this will be clearly identified.
Where included, our standard and enhanced professional reports with photographic evidence will be sent to you typically within 3-5 days.

Our level -2 service provides a roof-level visual only inspection carried out either from ladder access or by drone where access is restricted.

Our level-3 service provides a hands-on roof inspection with physical access onto the roof to closely examine the roof coverings, concealed and component parts.
