Established in 2024, Assure Roof Surveys is a family-run roof survey and inspection business, built on almost 30 years of hands-on roofing experience within the Scottish roofing industry.
We provide Scottish homeowners, homebuyers and property professionals with clear, practical and independent advice about the condition of their roofs – completely separate from the sale of roofing repairs or replacement work.

Our role is simple: we inspect your roof, document what we find and explain it clearly.

Our entry-level roof check consultation provides an independent roof assessment and practical advice without the formality of a report.

Our level -2 service provides a roof-level visual only inspection carried out either from ladder access or by drone where access is restricted.

Our level-3 service provides a hands-on roof inspection with physical access onto the roof to closely examine the roof coverings, concealed and component parts.
