We are a family-run business built on over 25 years of hands-on roofing experience.

We established Assure in 2024 to give homeowners access to honest, independent roof advice that was completely separate from roof repair work.

Why? We do things differently because we want to drive up standards across the roofing industry and stop people from being sold roofs that they simply do not need.

Unlike roofing companies, we have no commercial interest in repair or replacement work. We do not carry out repairs or install new roofs or sell roofing products.

Our role is simple: to provide a clear, impartial assessment of your roof's condition, explain our findings in plain English, and give you the information you need to make confident, informed decisions about your property.

Roof Consultation

A consultation site visit is ideal when a full roof survey is not required, but an independent professional opinion and practical advice are needed.

The visit includes an assessment of the areas of concern, followed by an on-site discussion of the findings, likely causes and recommended next steps.

Clients receive clear, impartial advice without a formal written survey report.

Prices are subject to property size, location and the nature of the concern.

Visual Survey

A roof-level visual inspection carried out either from ladder access or using unmanned arial device (drone)..

Using a structured 14-point condition check. the survey identifies visible defects, deterioration, and issues to monitor.

Client receives a report of the findings and recommendations along with annotated photographs of concerns.

Prices from £295, subject to property size and location.

Invasive Survey

A hands-on roof inspection with physical access onto the roof to closely examine areas of concern.

Where needed, sections of roof covering may be lifted (and fully reinstated) to inspect the sub-deck and supporting elements.

Client receives a report of the findings and recommendations along with annotated photographs of concerns.

Prices from £345, subject to property size and location.

How Our Roof Survey Services Work

We listen to what you need and recommend the right service for you.
We quote you for the service and arrange a suitable time for our experienced roof inspector to visit the property.
We undertake a full roof inspection using our 14-point inspection framework and capture images.
We discuss our findings with you and send you a written overview of our findings and recommendations, including photographs of any identified areas of concern.
